Job Summary
We are seeking an FP&A Analyst for a direct hire opportunity in Boca Raton, FL within the financial services industry. This highly visible role will support the Director of FP&A and senior leadership with strategic planning, financial forecasting, executive reporting, and data-driven business decision support.
The FP&A Analyst will partner closely with leaders across operations, underwriting, sales, and servicing to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated financial models, reports, dashboards, and KPI reporting tools within Cube, Microsoft Fabric, OLAP, and related reporting environments.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, including variance analysis, performance reporting, and executive-level insights.
- Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers across business origination channels.
- Support strategic initiatives including capital planning, pricing analysis, portfolio performance analysis, growth planning, and long-term financial modeling.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide financial insights that support operational performance, forecasting, and business decision making.
- Prepare Power BI dashboards, board materials, investor reporting, executive presentations, and ad hoc financial analyses for senior leadership.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $85,000 to $100,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and KPI reporting frameworks.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and long-term financial planning.
- Analyze financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities.
- Prepare executive reporting, board materials, investor reporting, and senior leadership presentations.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, complex formulas, and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance principles, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for business leaders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organization, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to partner effectively across departments and leadership levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization and business intelligence tools.
- Experience working with Cube, Microsoft Fabric, OLAP, centralized semantic layers, or similar reporting environments.
- Background in financial services, lending, specialty finance, or private equity-backed organizations.
- Experience supporting capital planning, pricing analysis, portfolio performance analysis, or profitability modeling.
- Exposure to board reporting, investor reporting, and executive-level financial presentations.
