We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager/Corporate Finance Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Salt Lake City, UT. This high-visibility finance leadership role reports to the CFO and plays a key part in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and strategic decision support.
The FP&A Manager will work closely with senior leadership and department heads to improve financial visibility, identify business trends, and support growth initiatives. This is a strong opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys building models, presenting insights, improving reporting tools, and influencing business decisions in a collaborative, leadership-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and ongoing performance management processes.
- Analyze key financial drivers, business trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop financial models to evaluate profitability, operational efficiency, and growth opportunities.
- Partner with department leaders to manage the annual budgeting process and update forecasts as needed.
- Conduct variance analysis and prepare clear financial reports and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Build dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility into financial performance.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $120,000 to $145,000 per year.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the organization.
- Develop financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support executive-level decision-making.
- Partner with senior leadership and department heads to analyze performance and recommend improvements.
- Prepare variance analysis, financial reporting, and updated forecasts based on business performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance Manager.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems.
- Experience with Power BI and Microsoft DataVerse.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively with executives and cross-functional leaders.
