About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead financial operations for a diverse and dynamic organization. This position requires strong leadership, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex accounting functions across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions across multiple divisions.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
Prepare consolidated financial statements and budgets.
Supervise accounting staff and collaborate with operational managers.
Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Maintain and optimize accounting systems and processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
Minimum 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles.
Strong knowledge of multi-entity accounting and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software (experience with property management or hospitality systems is a plus).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
