Job Opening: Experienced Warehouse Worker
Location: On-site Warehouse
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Training hours may vary)
Compensation: $20–$22 per hour, based on experience
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role is critical to the daily operations of our warehouse, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have mechanical aptitude, experience using saws, and the ability to operate forklifts and cranes. Precision, organization, and a commitment to safety are essential.
Required Skills and Qualifications must reflect in your resume
• Experience operating saws (training available, but prior use preferred)
• Forklift and crane operation experience
• Ability to read and convert measurements (fractions and decimals)
• Basic math and counting skills
• Mechanical background and familiarity with hand tools
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
• Physical capability to bend, lift, climb, and balance
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Dependable transportation
Key Responsibilities
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Pull and organize customer orders accurately
• Process and package orders efficiently
• Unload and receive materials from vendor trucks
• Manage inventory and maintain organized storage
• Communicate with sales to meet customer due dates
• Assist drivers with daily truck runs
• Use tape measure to ensure precise measurements
• Operate saws and metal processing equipment
• Remove processed parts and prepare for shipping
• Construct wooden shipping boxes using hand tools
• Serve as a professional representative of the company when interacting with customers
• Adapt schedule to meet evolving deadlines and priorities
