Customer Service Representative | Online Business Platform Experience – Broomfield, CO
Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Broomfield, CO. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls

Assist customers with inquiries related to pricing, purchasing, and order status

Provide accurate order tracking and timely updates

Support and manage customer interactions through e-commerce platforms

Assist with inventory coordination and product availability inquiries

Maintain detailed and accurate customer records

Qualifications:

-Strong background in customer service, preferably in a high-volume call environment
-Experience working with e-commerce platforms and online order systems
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-High attention to detail and ability to multitask
-Proficiency with computer systems and order management tools
-Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
