An opportunity to join a growing and stable general contractor in Redmond is at your fingertips! We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join this tight-knit team. This role demands a strong background in estimating and cost analysis across multiple trades, with a proven track record of delivering precise and timely estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
• Review project plans, specifications, and requirements
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to gather pricing
• Identify risks, alternatives, and opportunities to reduce costs
• Support bid preparation, proposals, and budgeting efforts
Qualifications:
• Minimum three years of recent experience as a construction estimator, preferably with a general contractor
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
• Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Compensation:
• Annual salary range: $95,000 – $115,000 (DOE)
