What You’ll Do
• Provide high-level administrative support to the CHRO and HR leadership team
• Manage complex calendars, travel, and expense reporting
• Plan and coordinate on-site and off-site meetings, including logistics, materials, and itineraries
• Draft, revise, and manage executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and contracts
• Build strong relationships with executives and administrative partners across the organization
• Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism
• Support departmental operations during peak periods or absences
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

What You Bring
• 5+ years as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives
• Associate’s degree or high school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Exceptional communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize, adapt, and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong judgment, discretion, and a commitment to confidentiality
