We are seeking an Executive Office Administrator for a direct hire opportunity in Santa Fe Springs, CA. This role supports executive leadership and helps keep daily office operations organized, efficient, and professional within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing and warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to executive leadership, including scheduling, calendar coordination, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Organize meetings, prepare materials, track follow-up items, and support communication across internal departments.
- Maintain professional communication with vendors, visitors, external contacts, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
- Assist with administrative projects, filing, records, reports, and office workflow improvements.
- Help coordinate day-to-day office operations in a busy automotive manufacturing and warehouse environment.
- Manage multiple priorities with accuracy, confidentiality, and a high level of professionalism.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $17.00 to $23.00 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- 1 to 2 years of administrative, office support, executive assistant, or related experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail when preparing documents, tracking information, and handling correspondence.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing, warehouse, production, or operations environment.
- Ability to interact professionally with leadership, employees, vendors, and external contacts.
- Proficiency with general office systems, email, calendars, document management, and standard business software.
- Dependable, proactive, confidential, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting executives, managers, or leadership teams.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing, parts manufacturing, warehouse operations, or production environments.
- Familiarity with office coordination, meeting preparation, reporting, filing, and administrative project support.
