A prestigious and fast-paced Real Estate Attorney’s office located in downtown Orlando is looking for an exceptional Legal Assistant to join the team. This is an on-site role at 30 Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. (Paid parking included.)
We’re seeking someone polished, professional, and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a high-demand environment and interact seamlessly with high-end clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Time entry & billing management
Redline edits & document formatting
Advanced word processing
Strong written & verbal communication
Fast, accurate execution of tasks
Ideal Candidate:
Experience supporting Real Estate legal work (preferred)
Exceptionally sharp, detail-oriented, and composed under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills – polished client-facing presence
Proven legal administrative experience (non-litigation)
