We're hiring an Executive Director for a nonprofit university to oversee campus operations in the Tampa & Lakeland area. The role is very similar to running a high-performing financial institution branch leading a team, managing performance metrics, overseeing a budget, building community relationships, and driving growth.
Many of the core strengths that make someone successful as a Branch Manager operational leadership, people development, sales performance, and community engagement translate extremely well to this role.
What makes this opportunity unique is the chance to apply those skills in a leadership position that also has a meaningful impact on students and the community.
Qualified individuals would bring to the table a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related areas, a minimum of 5 years of progressive supervisory/management experience, exceptionally strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
