Manage all administrative aspects of the program
Oversee budget and financial processes; coordinate with contracted accountant to ensure proper fiscal controls
Research, prepare, and manage grants; complete required reports for funding agencies and stakeholders
Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans
Create opportunities for funding through media outreach and community engagement
Lead program management, including recruitment, retention, and performance monitoring of staff
Recruit, train, and certify volunteers; manage ongoing training and compliance requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations and leaders; deliver educational presentations and networking events
Develop marketing materials such as website content, newsletters, brochures, and flyers
Conduct facility visits and assist with complaint investigations as needed

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Prior administrative and management experience in private or nonprofit sectors
Strong understanding of government funding processes and proficiency in grant writing and reporting
