re you an experienced Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment? We’re looking for a polished and highly organized individual to support a busy CEO both personally and professionally.
As an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant, you will manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate travel, plan events, and assist with a variety of day-to-day activities. You’ll act as a trusted liaison, ensuring smooth communication with external contacts and internal team members, while also handling household coordination and occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant:
Provide proactive, high-level administrative support to the CEO
Coordinate complex travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, ground transportation, itineraries)
Plan and manage social and business events, including guest lists, vendors, and venues
Manage both personal and business calendars, appointments, and reminders
Liaise with in-home staff and service providers to handle household tasks and maintenance
Run errands and provide hands-on, day-to-day personal support
What We’re Looking For in an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant:
Prior experience supporting a senior executive in both business and personal matters
Exceptionally organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills
Professional and discreet with strong written and verbal communication abilities
Tech-savvy with fluency in calendar apps, email, and task management tools
Able to remain calm, resourceful, and solution-focused under pressure
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and full coverage car insurance (required)
Willingness to travel as needed and handle logistics with minimal supervision
