About the Role:
We’re partnering with a well-established organization seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior leadership. This is a role for someone who enjoys being a true right hand, keeping things organized, and staying one step ahead.
You’ll be working closely with leadership on a daily basis, helping manage priorities, communication, and overall flow. This is a great fit for someone who takes ownership and likes being trusted with important work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling
- Coordinate meetings, domestic/international travel, and internal communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Act as a liaison across departments and with external partners
- Keep priorities moving and ensure follow-through on key items
What They’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of executive-level administrative support
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Ability to anticipate needs and stay ahead of priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
