80% remote, go into the Inglewood location once a week. Travel once a month, attending meetings with CEO and with senior management leadership meetings at different locations. (San Dimas, Upland, Altadena, Long Beach, Canoga, Inglewood) will need to attend quarterly Events(3 per year)on a Saturday. they get every second and fourth Monday off( called refresh days). Must be thick skinned, tech savvy, use of teams, excel, power point, assist CEO with Prepping for Executive leadership meetings, and board of directors. Highly skilled. Keep composure, they need to make sure their needs are met. Schedule flights, handle strong personalities. you cannot make mistakes. pay range -56k to 94k temp to hire. Budget is at $35 to $43 per hour. Please present resume with hourly rate. start date May 26th- last week of may to train with person leaving. CEO will meet with the EA every morning at 9:30am to discuss what needs to be accomplished each day, and give you space to address questions you may have.

A Seasoned executive assistant with at least eight years of experience supporting C-Level leaders.
A minimum of two years of experience working with boards of directors.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred, however, we welcome candidates with equivalent experience who demonstrate the skills and knowledge needed for the role.
Experience in non-profit or mission -driven organizations preferred.

Executive Assistant to the CEO/Board Liaison Provides executive support to an influential CEO and acts as a key liaison with the organizations Board of Directors. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who is highly organized, proactive, thrives in a fast-paced environment, can anticipate needs, and ensures seamless executive operations. Working with the CEO, the board, and the executive team, the liaison has 360-viewof the information flow between staff and board members, thus helping the CEO ensure that things run smoothly.

Executive Support to the CEO
Serve as the trusteed gatekeeper, managing the CEO’s complex calendar, scheduling high-level meetings, coordinating travel logistics.
Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for CEO meeting and public engagements. Ensure all internal and external communications are handled professionally, confidentially, and with urgency.
Draft. Edit, and proofread executives’ correspondence and documentation.
Represent the CEO’s office with professionalism in all directions.
Track department budgets and prepare timely expense reports.
Assist in planning high-profile organizational events and CEO-led initiatives.
Occasionally attend off-site events and activities.

Board Liaison & Governance
The board liaison provides a vital link between the CEO and the board by handling all administrative duties of the board including:
Facilitate Board Communication-Act as the primary point of contact between the Board of Directors and organizational leadership, ensuring timely and accurate flow of information.
Coordinate Board Meetings
Document and maintain records
Support Board Committees
Assist with Board Recruitment and Onboarding
Monitor Compliance and Governance Standards
Manage Board Members Contributions
Provide Strategic Administrative Support
