Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Executive Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Carson, CA within a manufacturing and operations environment. The Executive Assistant will support leadership with scheduling, correspondence, document preparation, meeting coordination, and general administrative functions that help keep daily operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and executive support to leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and daily communication.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain reports, documents, correspondence, files, and confidential information.
- Coordinate internal meetings, schedules, travel arrangements, and follow-up items as needed.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal teams, vendors, visitors, and business partners.
- Support operational and office administration tasks to help improve workflow, organization, and team efficiency.
- Assist with special projects, data entry, tracking, and general administrative support across departments.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $70,000 to $80,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Support executive leadership with scheduling, communication, document preparation, and administrative coordination.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-up items, reports, and office workflow in a manufacturing or operations setting.
- Maintain accurate records, organized files, and professional communication with internal and external contacts.
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks that support daily business operations.
- 3-5 years of administrative assistant, executive assistant, office coordinator, or related support experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with common office software, including email, calendars, spreadsheets, and document preparation tools.
- High attention to detail, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Dependable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or operations environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting managers, executives, or operations leaders in a manufacturing, distribution, production, or industrial environment.
- Familiarity with coordinating meetings, preparing reports, tracking action items, and supporting cross-functional teams.
- Bilingual communication skills are a plus if relevant to the work environment.
