Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Salt Lake City, UT. The Executive Assistant will play an important role in creating an organized, responsive, and efficient office environment. Key Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to management and office staff, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and daily coordination.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents with accuracy and professionalism.
- Maintain organized records, files, documentation, and administrative processes for office and operational needs.
- Assist with employee timekeeping, payroll tracking, and coordination with HR and finance teams.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal staff, clients, vendors, emails, calls, and administrative requests.
- Support office operations, including meeting coordination, supply management, travel arrangements, and special projects as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $50,000 to $60,000 per year.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage executive and office calendars, meeting schedules, and administrative workflows.
- Prepare reports, presentations, routine correspondence, and organized documentation.
- Support timekeeping, payroll coordination, and communication with internal teams.
- Coordinate office operations, vendor communication, travel details, and special administrative projects.

- 3 to 5 years of administrative, executive support, office assistant, or similar professional experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
- Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting office operations or multiple departments.
- Familiarity with timekeeping or payroll systems such as ADP, Paychex, or similar platforms.
- Experience using collaboration or project tracking tools such as Asana, Slack, Trello, or similar systems.
- Prior experience coordinating travel arrangements, meeting logistics, or executive-level administrative support.
