We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a dynamic CEO and Chief of Staff in a newly created part-time role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building structure and organization, and can confidently operate with a high level of independence.
The right candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, adaptable, and able to anticipate needs while managing multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative and organizational support to the CEO and Chief of Staff
Rebuild, organize, and maintain filing systems and operational processes
Manage and maintain spreadsheets, reporting documents, and data organization in Excel
Support day-to-day administrative operations and help improve overall workflow efficiency
Assist with scheduling, coordination, and general executive support tasks
Identify opportunities to create structure, improve organization, and streamline processes
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Take initiative in real time and independently problem-solve in a fast-moving environment
Support special projects and additional operational needs as assigned
Qualifications
Previous Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or high-level office support experience preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and administrative systems
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and adapt in a high-energy environment
Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment are essential

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and support the operational structure of a growing organization while working closely with executive leadership. Approximately 3 Days Per Week (with potential for additional hours over time)
