Job Title: Executive Administrative Coordinator
Location: Greenwood, SC
Pay: $22.05 - $23.07 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with adjusted summer hours
Assignment Type: Contract (immediate need)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level support to senior leadership within a mission-driven organization. This role is ideal for a polished administrative professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is comfortable managing sensitive information while supporting key operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and communications for executive leadership
• Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and briefing materials
• Coordinate meetings, events, and stakeholder-related logistics
• Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners
• Maintain confidential records and assist with day-to-day office operations

Qualifications
• Prior experience supporting executives or senior leadership in administrative roles
• Background in nonprofit, foundation, higher education or similar professional environments preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
