About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced, professional environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Coordinate meetings, events, and executive communications
Handle expense reports and maintain organized records
Serve as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
Qualifications
3+ years of executive or high-level administrative support experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
