Executive Assistant for Financial Service Company
About the Role
We are seeking a highly polished and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership within a fast-paced financial services environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to confidently interact with high-level stakeholders including Board members, clients, investors, and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives
Manage complex and frequently changing calendars across multiple stakeholders
Coordinate and host meetings with Board members, clients, investors, and executives
Plan and execute corporate events, meetings, and offsite functions
Arrange detailed domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics
Prepare and reconcile expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
Serve as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in financial services or a corporate environment
Proven experience interacting with high-level visitors (Board members, clients, investors, executives)
Strong calendar management skills across multiple executives
Demonstrated experience in event planning and coo
