Executive-Level Assistant
Location: Shreveport/Bossier Area

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive-Level Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to a busy executive. This individual will be the go-to person for daily operations, scheduling, problem-solving, and office coordination. If you’re a natural multitasker with strong initiative and a “handle anything” mindset, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and deadlines
Coordinate daily schedules and proactively resolve conflicts
Handle appointment setting with clients, executives, and vendors
Manage payroll tasks, timekeeping, and employee hour submissions
Provide full-spectrum support: errands, office needs, task follow-up, organizing, and general assistance
Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation as needed
Maintain files, records, and office systems
Serve as first point of contact—professional communication via phone, email, and in person
Support executive with special projects and day-to-day priorities


Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience supporting executives, business owners, or senior management
Strong competency with calendar management and scheduling tools
Experience handling payroll or timekeeping systems
Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal
Highly organized with an eye for detail
Ability to juggle multiple priorities with accuracy
Strong judgment, discretion, and reliability
Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude
