We are seeking a highly trustworthy and discreet Executive Assistant/Payroll Administrator to support our CEO and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for a Global Manufacturing company and small office in Escondido, CA.
Temp to Hire
M-F, 7-4
Responsibilities:
Process payroll
Collect, verify, and upload employee expenses
Prepare and enter financial reports
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence.
Serve as a reliable point of contact and maintain operations in the CEO’s absence.
Organize documents, track deadlines, and assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience in payroll administration and executive support.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
ADP or similar payroll system, a plus
Highly dependable, professional, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
