We are seeking a polished Executive Assistant to support senior leadership with high-level administrative and organizational tasks. This role requires strong professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to anticipate needs.
Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Prepare presentations, reports, and executive-level communication
Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expenses
Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests
Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
Assist with projects, research, and planning as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of executive support experience
Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in MS Office and calendar management tools
Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion at all times
