We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive leadership team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling our executives to focus on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Assist with project management tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
Organize and maintain files, records, and office systems.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
