We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing a wide range of executive and business-related tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings.
Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Organize and prioritize daily tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
Support planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and special projects.
Maintain filing systems, databases, and office records.
Assist with expense reporting and budget tracking as needed.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information.
$50k - $60k
