We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Operations Partner to support CEO and leadership team in a dual-capacity role that blends executive administrative excellence with operational leadership. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and can seamlessly manage executive-level support while driving operational efficiency across the organization.

The Executive Operations Partner will play a critical role in ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized, internal operations run smoothly, and strategic initiatives are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Executive Administrative Support
Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel arrangements, and daily communications with discretion and professionalism.
Prepare executive-level documents including presentations, reports, and board materials.
Coordinate leadership meetings, agendas, and follow-ups to ensure alignment and accountability.
Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Operations Management
Partner with the CEO to identify and implement process improvements across departments.
Monitor key performance indicators and assist in preparing operational dashboards and reports.
Support vendor management, contract coordination, and procurement processes.
Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation for executive and operational projects.

Project Coordination
Lead or support cross-functional projects that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure successful execution.
Facilitate communication between departments to maintain momentum and resolve bottlenecks.
Internal Communications & Culture
Help drive internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
Support onboarding and coordination for new leadership hires.
Assist in planning company-wide meetings, events, and recognition programs.

Qualifications:
10 + years of experience in executive administrative support and/or operations management.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and CRM systems.
Experience in the kitchen and bath, home improvement, or construction industry is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree required; business or operations-related field preferred.
