Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to executives
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
Assist with internal communications and follow-ups
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of Executive Assistant experience
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
-AA degree preferred
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Must pass background check and drug screening
