We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Assistant to support our team and serve as a key point of contact for the Plant Manager. This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience in a professional office setting, strong Excel and analytical skills, and a welcoming, professional demeanor. A college degree is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative support to the Plant Manager and leadership team
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics
Perform data entry, reporting, and analysis using Microsoft Excel
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Assist with internal communications and office coordination
Serve as the go-to resource for administrative needs across departments
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in a professional office environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Professional appearance and demeanor; strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
College degree preferred (Business Administration or related field)
