Are you a proactive, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner of a well-established law firm in Downtown Orlando. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with excellent long-term benefits and the chance to become an integral part of a dynamic leadership team.

Support a Managing Partner with a fast-paced, high-volume practice
Collaborate with a talented legal team (Paralegal & Legal Assistant already in place)
Handle a mix of executive-level and personal tasks, including light property management
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Partner’s calendar and daily schedule — act as gatekeeper and meeting prep lead
Coordinate occasional travel and assist with business/personal errands
Handle sensitive, confidential information with discretion
Serve as a liaison with vendors and a property management company for two privately-owned properties
Assist with special projects and firm management initiatives
Be accessible for occasional after-hours communication
Who You Are:
3+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Discreet, reliable, and trustworthy
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook and Teams)
Law firm experience is a plus but not required
A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and anticipates needs
