Executive Assistant – Strategic Partner & Operational Pro
Location: Redmond, WA (100% onsite – free parking)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Compensation: $71,000 – $95,000/year (DOE)

What You’ll Be Doing
Manage complex calendars, meeting requests, and domestic/international travel logistics
Act as gatekeeper and communications lead for an executive, prioritizing incoming requests
Coordinate team-wide events, offsites, and all-hands meetings with precision and creativity
Track project timelines, follow-ups, and internal processes to ensure smooth operations
Partner with finance and procurement on expense reports, POs, and budget tracking
Support hiring, onboarding, and cross-functional communications across a large org
Represent your executive with professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times
What You Need to Bring
5+ years of experience supporting a senior executive or director-level leader
Proven ability to manage complex schedules and shifting priorities with confidence
Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
Experience coordinating logistics across multiple time zones and departments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and other business tools
Strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and a bias for action
