A professional services firm in Greenville is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant. Previous real estate paralegals and executive assistants with professional demeanor, diplomacy, and strong multi-tasking skills would be a great fit for this role.
As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for:
-Supporting CEO with administrative and client needs.
-Preparing marketing presentations and proposals.
-Answering phones, processing mail, scheduling appointments, greeting visitors, and maintaining office inventory.
-Preparing and modifying templates and documents.
-Managing travel arrangements, memberships, and licensing.
-Preparing meeting minutes.
-Ensuring accuracy and correct formatting of written correspondence and financial reports.
-Assisting with basic bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Requirements:
-Associate’s Degree in Business or Accounting (or equivalent experience) with 10+ years in administration and accounting OR high school diploma with 15+ years in office administration and accounting.
-Professional, personable, and highly organized with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
-Self-motivated with a can-do attitude, able to multi-task efficiently under pressure.
-Highly proficient in MS Office and business correspondence formatting.
-Professional appearance for interacting with executives and professionals.
Preferred qualifications:
-Prior experience in real estate environments
