Executive Assistant – Architecture Firm
Location: 90066 (Local candidates only)
Compensation: $32.50/hour + occasional overtime
Schedule: 100% On-Site
We are seeking a bright, sharp, and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide direct support to one of our lead architects. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide executive-level administrative support to the architect
• Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel arrangements
• Prepare documents and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, Zoom calls, and client appointments
• Arrange catering for meetings when needed
• Answer phones, manage emails, and handle general correspondence
• Assist with project-related administrative needs
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of executive assistant experience
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
• Professional demeanor and high attention to detail
• Local to 90066 area (role is fully on-site)
About the Role:
You’ll be supporting an architect involved in multiple high-profile projects, primarily in Santa Monica. While some overtime may be required, it is minimal. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a creative, fast-moving environment and values being an integral part of a small, collaborative team.
