Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to senior leadership. This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
* Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
* Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
* Manage confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion
* Coordinate meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up actions
* Screen calls, emails, and requests, responding or redirecting as appropriate
* Assist with project management and track key initiatives and deadlines
* Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
* Support event planning and logistics as needed

Qualifications

* Previous experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
* Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools
* Ability to work independently and anticipate needs in a dynamic environment
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
* Experience supporting C-level executives
* Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms
