Large company located in Downtown Manhattan is currently seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant/
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives
- Prepare reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting materials
- Take meeting notes and track action items when needed
- Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up across departments
- Organize company events, executive meetings, and team activities
- Maintain filing systems, records, and administrative processes
- Support office operations and other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative or executive assistant experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism under pressure
- Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams is strongly preferred
