What You’ll Do
Calendar & Schedule Mastery
• Manage the CEO’s busy calendar with precision
• Coordinate meetings, events, and priorities to maximize productivity
Deadline & Project Coordination
• Track deadlines, deliverables, and project milestones
• Spot potential conflicts early and propose smart solutions
Light AP/AR Support
• Process invoices, track payments, and assist with vendor management
• Help maintain accurate financial records
Client Interaction
• Serve as the primary contact for 20 major clients
• Coordinate meetings, communications, and ensure a polished, professional experience
Executive Task Management
• Organize daily priorities to keep the CEO focused and on track
• Anticipate needs and assist with tasks proactively
What You Bring
• 2+ years of administrative support experience—executive-level support preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Professional presence and client-facing confidence
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with AP/AR
