Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide critical support to our C-suite executives, including the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and the CEO. This is a temp-to-perm position, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role. The ideal candidate will have exceptional administrative skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to C-suite executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Review, route, and organize important documents, ensuring timely processing and distribution to the relevant parties.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for senior management.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Coordinate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Support various administrative tasks as needed, including filing, correspondence, and data entry.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Collaborate with other departments as required to ensure efficient office operations.


Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in Human Services or non-profit a related field is a plus.
Previous experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a non-profit or healthcare setting.
Strong document management and routing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Additional Skills:
Knowledge of human services, non-profit, or healthcare settings is highly desirable.
