Executive Administrative Assistant needed for busy company in Agoura Hills.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all communications
• Manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritize meetings, and coordinate logistics
• Arrange complex travel itineraries (domestic/international) and prepare detailed agendas
• Draft and edit business correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Take meeting notes, track action items, and support project follow-through
• Conduct research and compile briefing materials for internal and external meetings
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and staff, clients, and vendors
• Create polished documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Support light personal tasks and daily operational needs (meals, errands, etc.)
Experience:
• 2–5 years of experience supporting a senior executive, preferably a CEO or founder
• Background in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (startup, legal, or operations a plus)
• Experience handling confidential materials and working with high-level stakeholders
• Comfortable managing executive communications and preparing professional business documents
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Teams)
