We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support a Director/CEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative tasks, maintaining efficiency, and ensuring seamless communication within the executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Director/CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.

Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.

Serve as a point of contact between the Director/CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Organize and attend meetings, taking detailed minutes as needed.

Conduct research and prepare reports for executive decision-making.

Assist in project management and follow up on deliverables.

Maintain filing systems and records.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

High level of integrity and professionalism.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

2-3 years of experience
