Exception Services Associate II – Banking Operations
Pay: Up to $27.44/hr

What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external partners
Analyze, classify, record, and verify banking exception items
Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements
Handle legal correspondence related to levies and subpoenas
Accurately collect and input Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) in compliance with BSA
Research and resolve account activity issues for branches and customers
Troubleshoot problems and provide clear, reliable guidance


What We’re Looking For

Strong knowledge of banking systems, operations, and procedures
Working knowledge of regulations including Reg CC, Reg E, Reg J, Check 21, ACH, and BSA
Ability to interpret and apply regulatory and banking rules accurately
Excellent data entry accuracy and speed
Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
