Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist (Accounting Department)
Location: Orlando, FL 32809
On-site position – no remote options
Office is located near the Florida Mall; candidates should live nearby or have a reasonable commute.
Pay Rate: $23–$24 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our Accounting Department. This role provides clerical and administrative support and does not require prior accounting experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, assertive, and quick to learn new software and processes.

Key Responsibilities
Provide general clerical and administrative support within the Accounting Department
Handle and process employee expense reports
Perform accurate data entry into Oracle (training provided)
Maintain and update records with a high level of accuracy
Use Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and formulas
Communicate effectively with internal teams and follow up to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner

Qualifications
1–2 years of clerical or administrative support experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, SUM functions required)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Word
Ability to quickly learn new software and concepts
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Assertive, proactive, and dependable work style
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Demonstrates tenacity and drive to complete tasks
No Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required

Additional Notes
This is a fully on-site role; remote or hybrid options are not available
Ideal for someone who thrives in a structured office environment and enjoys supporting a fast-paced team
