Are you an Excel power user who thrives on creating efficient reports, analyzing data, and streamlining processes with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros? If so, we want you on our team!

We’re seeking an Inventory Planning Coordinator to join a dynamic, customer-focused environment where your Excel expertise will play a key role in driving accurate planning, reporting, and decision-making.

What You’ll Do:
• Use advanced Excel tools (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) to generate and analyze reports, KPI dashboards, and supplier metrics.
• Prepare import documentation and track supplier lead times.
• Support logistics and warehouse teams with accurate data and reporting.
• Investigate and report on back-orders, supplier delays, and operational metrics.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven expert-level Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros required).
• 1+ years of experience in inventory planning, purchasing, logistics, or a related field. (preferred)
• High school diploma/GED required; additional education a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Location: Blue Lagoon, Miami, FL (on-site)
Pay rate: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
