We are seeking an Excel Expert to join one of our clients in Miami. This role is perfect for someone with strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage and interpret data effectively. You will be responsible for supporting daily operations by creating and maintaining reports, analyzing large datasets, and ensuring the accuracy of information used by different departments.

Responsibilities

- Build, maintain, and improve Excel-based reports and dashboards.
- Use advanced formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, IF statements) to manage and interpret data.
- Create and manipulate pivot tables for reporting and analysis.
- Clean and organize data sets to ensure accuracy and usability.
- Collaborate with team members to provide insights that support decision-making.
- Assist with ad-hoc reporting requests and data analysis projects.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, conditional formatting, data validation).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling large data sets.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
