We are seeking an experienced dynamic and detail-oriented Event Sales & Coordination Specialist to drive event revenue and ensure seamless execution from initial inquiry through event completion. This role blends sales strategy with hands-on coordination, requiring strong communication, organization, and client relationship skills.
Additional duties will follow.
Respond to event inquiries and actively pursue new business opportunities
Conduct client consultations to understand event goals, budgets, and requirements
Prepare and present customized proposals, contracts, and pricing packages
Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing clients
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Bachelor degree . Selected candidates will need to pass a background check
