The Trade Show Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of the company’s trade show and event marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, support sales initiatives, and drive lead generation. This role manages the end-to-end logistics of trade shows, conferences, and industry events, ensuring a seamless and professional brand presence.
Key responsibilities include coordinating event timelines, managing booth logistics and setup, ordering and tracking promotional materials, and working with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure all event elements align with brand standards. The coordinator partners closely with sales and marketing teams to support pre-event promotion, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up. This role also tracks event performance metrics, manages event budgets, processes invoices, and prepares post-event reports to evaluate ROI and identify opportunities for improvement.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a hands-on approach are essential for success in this role.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in event marketing, trade shows, or experiential marketing.
Experience coordinating logistics for trade shows, conferences, or large-scale events.
Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, vendors, and leadership.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) preferred.
Ability to travel and provide on-site event support as needed.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
