Contract Trade Show Specialist
Location: 13945 Evergreen Ave, Clearwater, FL 33762
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in-office per week)
Compensation: $25/hour
Contract Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension
About the Role
Our Marketing Events team is dedicated to delivering impactful, well-executed event experiences that elevate brand presence and strengthen engagement with key audiences. We support cross-functional collaboration and help drive awareness, partnerships, and product education through strategic events.
As a Contract Trade Show Specialist, you will be responsible for managing trade show operations and supporting internal events. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
-Coordinate all logistics for industry trade shows, including staffing plans, travel arrangements, contracts, and collateral shipping.
-Track and reconcile event budgets, ensuring accurate reporting and cost efficiency.
-Communicate directly with event organizers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to manage timelines and deliverables.
-Support the execution of internal conferences, including pre-event planning and onsite support.
-Compile post-event insights and feedback to inform future improvements.
What You Bring
-2+ years of experience in event planning or trade show coordination, ideally within financial services or tech.
-Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines.
-Strong communication skills and experience managing vendor relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
-Proficiency in Google Workspace and event management tools.
-Willingness to travel as needed for event support and execution.
