Ticketing Manager
Location: Wilmington, NC with remote start for the first 1 to 3 months then onsite once an office is secured, candidates may continue remote if the office location is not feasible
Pay Rate: $60,000 to $75,000 per year plus benefits
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM with flexibility to work remotely, in-office, and on-site as required by event schedules.
Employment Type: Direct hire
Travel: Local travel as needed for onsite event support

Summary
This is a startup environment and a hands on opportunity to build scalable ticketing operations as the organization grows. You will own ticketing execution across clubs, arenas, stadiums, and festivals, ensuring accurate event builds, clean reporting, and strong day of show support. The ideal candidate is proactive, takes initiative without waiting for direction, and is excited to grow in their role as new venues and events come online.

Key Responsibilities
• Build, maintain, and manage ticketed events across multiple formats and platforms and ensure accurate setup for onsales, holds, comps, and ticketing adjustments
• Monitor ticket sales and inventory and deliver timely reporting to internal teams and external partners to support strategy and decision making
• Coordinate ticketing communications with venue teams, promoters, and artist stakeholders and support customer service inquiries as needed
• Support box office operations including scheduling staff, onsite execution, and settlement support with post event reporting

Qualifications
• 3+ years of ticketing or box office experience
• Experience with Ticketmaster platforms and familiarity with AXS or Paciolan is a plus, strong Excel and Google Workspace skills required
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple events at once while meeting deadlines and maintaining data accuracy
• Strong communication and customer service skills with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
