Are you detail-driven with a strong background in construction estimating? We’re working with a reputable client in Kernersville, NC, to find their next Project Estimator—a key team member responsible for preparing accurate material and cost estimates to support successful project execution.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Analyze blueprints and project documents to assess needs
Perform accurate material takeoffs and cost assessments
Handle a high volume of Invitations to Bid (ITBs)
Work closely with Sales and Operations to align on project scope
Build and maintain vendor and contractor relationships
Present cost analysis and summaries to stakeholders
Follow up on proposals and maintain bid tracking
Lead project handoff meetings with field teams

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of construction estimating experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and estimating software
Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
Strong analytical, time management, and communication skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Associate degree preferred
