Estate Housekeeper (Direct Hire)

We are seeking a discreet, detail-oriented Estate Housekeeper for a private luxury residence in Crystal Cove, Laguna Beach. This role is suited for someone who takes genuine pride in maintaining an immaculate, white-glove standard and understands the expectations of a high-end private household.

Reports to the Estate Manager and/or Lead Housekeeper. May serve multiple local properties. Valid driver's license required.

Shifts (rotation required)

Day: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Evening: 12:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Overnight: 8:30 p.m. – 4:30 a.m.

Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining all interior spaces to an exceptional standard; care of fine furnishings, rugs, and draperies; polishing silver, fixtures, and metalwork; laundry and linen management; household inventory, stocking, and expiration tracking; dry cleaning coordination; guest suite and event preparation; outdoor and garage upkeep; and light pet care as needed.

The ideal candidate is:

Polished, punctual, and absolutely discreet
Highly detail-oriented with strong time management
Comfortable working independently and prioritizing tasks
Fluent in English (reading, writing, and messaging)

Compensation & Benefits

$35.00/hour
