Escrow Operations / Financial Administrative Specialist (Entry-Level)
Location: In-Person – Irving, TX
Pay Rate: $17.16 – $19.85 per hour
This is an entry-level, in-person position ideal for candidates with escrow experience or administrative experience within the financial sector who are looking to grow in a fast-paced, professional environment.
About the Role
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a high-energy environment? This role supports the daily financial operations of escrow offices and plays a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
-Perform daily bank reconciliations for escrow offices
-Manage outstanding deposits and disbursements, including checks, wires, and lender instructions
-Review signed lender packages (refinance packages, notes/security instruments, affidavits) to approve funding
-Support internal and external customers through email, phone, and internal systems
-Handle ancillary functions such as check reissues, trial balance reconciliation, and refund processing
Qualifications
-At least 1 year of recent experience in an administrative, clerical, or financial support role
-Customer-focused with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using operating systems
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
-Positive attitude, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment
Education
-High School Diploma or equivalent required
-Bachelor’s Degree preferred
