We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Escrow Officer to manage real estate transactions from contract to closing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service to clients, agents, and lenders.
What You’ll Do
Open, manage, and close escrow files for residential and/or commercial transactions
Review purchase agreements and ensure all terms and conditions are met
Prepare escrow instructions, settlement statements, and closing documents
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and title companies
Order title searches and resolve title issues or discrepancies
Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulations
Disburse funds and finalize closings in a timely manner
Maintain detailed and organized transaction files
What We’re Looking For
2–5+ years of escrow or title experience preferred
Strong knowledge of escrow processes, closing procedures, and real estate documents
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with escrow/title software a plus
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
